At Notecave we strive to ensure all our customers’ information is safe. We use Stripe, one of the leading payment providers to handle all our payment processing.
No. Card information is not required when signing up for the free plan. If you choose to upgrade to the Plus or Premium Plans, only then will you be required to enter this information.
Payments will be deducted on the same date each month starting from the date you first subscribe. In some cases we take payment on the last day of the month, e.g. if your normal billing date falls on a holiday.
We have a collection of helpful resources to help you get started. If you ever need any additional support just contact us and a member of the team will be happy to help.
You can cancel at anytime. If you cancel your subscription you can continue to use all features until the end of that billing period. Your account will then convert to the free plan and no more payments will be deducted.
